Sprintlaw Tech LLC is not a law firm in the US and does not provide legal advice, legal services or legal representation. Sprintlaw is an online platform for startups and small businesses.
In the United States, legal services made available through the platform are provided by ElevateNext US, LLC, or, where expressly disclosed before engagement, another participating US law firm. Sprintlaw Tech LLC provides marketing, technology, administrative intake coordination, project management support and client communications support.
Any legal advice, legal work and legal representation are provided solely by the engaged law firm and the responsible lawyer, who exercise independent professional judgment.
Sprintlaw uses fixed-fee pricing, so you know exactly what you'll pay before any work begins.
After you tell us what you need, our team will review your request and prepare a quote. If you're happy to go ahead, you'll accept the quote and pay upfront before the project starts.
We don't start work unless the fee has been agreed and paid upfront. Your project is then managed through the Sprintlaw platform so the scope, timing and next steps are clear.
Most projects are completed within 5 business days, although the exact turnaround time will depend on the type of project.
Your quote will show the expected turnaround time before you decide whether to proceed. Once you accept the quote, pay upfront and provide the information we need, your project will be managed through the Sprintlaw platform so you can track progress and respond to any requests along the way.
If you need something completed sooner, let us know when you submit your inquiry. We can sometimes accommodate express requests depending on the project and lawyer availability.
No. There's no obligation to proceed after receiving a quote.
You can review the scope, fixed fee and expected turnaround time before deciding whether Sprintlaw is right for you. We'll only start work if you accept the quote and pay upfront.
Sprintlaw helps startups, small businesses and growing businesses with commercial legal projects.
We don't provide personal legal services, such as family law, criminal law, personal injury, immigration, wills and estates, or residential property matters.
If you're not sure whether we can help, submit an inquiry and we'll let you know whether your project is the right fit.
Sprintlaw in the US is focused on helping businesses with US commercial legal projects.
Sprintlaw also has operations in Australia, the UK and New Zealand. If your project relates to another country, let us know when you submit your inquiry and we'll point you in the right direction where we can.
No. Sprintlaw is designed to be fully online.
You can submit your inquiry, review your quote, provide information, communicate with the team and track your project through the Sprintlaw platform. This keeps the process simple and makes it easier to get legal support without needing to visit an office.
If a call is helpful, you can still speak with our team. Where legal advice is needed, it is provided by the engaged law firm and responsible lawyer through the Sprintlaw platform.
Sprintlaw Tech LLC is a Delaware limited liability company operating an online platform for legal-service intake, administration and project management support.
In the United States, legal services made available through the platform are provided by ElevateNext US, LLC, or, where expressly disclosed before engagement, another participating US law firm, under arrangements with Sprintlaw Tech LLC. Sprintlaw Tech LLC provides marketing, technology, administrative intake coordination, project management support and client communications support.
Sprintlaw Tech LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal services or legal representation. Any legal advice, legal work and legal representation are provided solely by the engaged law firm and the responsible lawyer, who exercise independent professional judgment.
US legal services are provided by ElevateNext US, LLC, a US law firm, unless you are expressly informed before engagement that another participating US law firm will handle your matter.
Before legal work begins, you will receive an engagement letter or equivalent engagement terms identifying the law firm providing the legal services, the lawyer responsible for your matter, and the state or states in which that lawyer is admitted to practice, as applicable.
No. Submitting an inquiry, using the platform, or communicating with Sprintlaw Tech LLC does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship is formed only when the appropriate law firm confirms the engagement and the applicable engagement terms have been accepted.
Currently, the Sprintlaw platform is accepting inquiries for selected matters connected with the following states: Arizona, Delaware, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, Oregon, Tennessee, Utah, and Wisconsin.
Businesses in those states can submit inquiries through the Sprintlaw platform. Subject to intake review, lawyer availability, and matter suitability, the platform may support certain federal commercial legal matters and general commercial legal projects for startups and small businesses.
Subject to intake review, lawyer availability, and matter suitability, projects that may be supported include:
Some matters depend significantly on state or local law and may require a lawyer admitted in a particular jurisdiction or additional lawyer support. These may include:
We confirm scope and appropriate lawyer coverage before work begins. If your matter involves a state outside current launch-state coverage, requires a lawyer admitted in a particular jurisdiction, or requires co-counsel or other additional coverage, we will let you know during intake or before you accept a quote.
Sprintlaw is designed for selected non-contentious commercial legal needs of startups and small businesses. Matters generally outside scope include:
Sometimes. Some startup and small business matters are primarily federal or general commercial in nature, while others are materially affected by state or local law.
State-specific issues commonly come up in employment, contractor classification, privacy, consumer-facing terms, automatic renewal laws, leases, franchise matters, disputes, and regulated industries.
If your matter requires advice on specific state or local law, we will review whether appropriate lawyer coverage is available before work begins.
Yes. Sprintlaw is intended for selected business legal matters and is not the right fit for every project.
We generally do not handle disputes, litigation, debt collection, criminal law, personal legal matters, or projects requiring urgent court action. Some business matters also require state-specific advice or lawyer coverage in a particular jurisdiction. If we are not the right fit, or if your matter requires a different lawyer arrangement, we will let you know before work begins.
It depends on the matter. If your request involves a general commercial contract or certain federal commercial legal issues within supported coverage, it may be suitable for the usual process.
If your request requires advice on a specific state's law, local rules, court procedure, regulated-industry requirements, or state-specific employment issues, we will review that during intake and confirm whether appropriate lawyer coverage is available before you accept a quote.
We will let you know as early as reasonably practicable. If the matter is outside scope, requires urgent local representation, or requires lawyer coverage we cannot support, we will tell you before work begins.
Where appropriate, we may suggest that you seek counsel with relevant local, regulatory, or subject-matter expertise.
Sprintlaw Tech LLC helps make the process more efficient and easier to manage online. Its role may include reviewing inquiries for administrative intake purposes, helping clarify the requested service at a general level, assisting with fixed-fee quoting support, coordinating information through the platform, supporting client communications, and helping keep projects moving from an administrative and operational perspective.
Sprintlaw Tech LLC does not provide legal advice, determine legal strategy, or act as your lawyer.
The platform is designed to reduce repetitive administrative work, onboarding time, document collection burdens, and project-management inefficiencies. That can save time for clients and lawyers and may reduce the cost and complexity of delivering certain common startup and small business legal services.
Fee arrangements, scope, and assumptions for legal services will be set out in the applicable engagement terms.

Sprintlaw Tech LLC provides the platform, administrative intake coordination, project management support, and client communications support, but not legal advice or legal representation.
Our intake process reviews the matter before work begins to assess whether it appears to be a federal commercial matter, a general commercial matter, a state-specific matter, or something outside scope.
We also assess whether appropriate lawyer coverage appears available and whether the matter appears suitable for a fixed-fee process. Any quote remains subject to final scope confirmation, conflicts review where applicable, and lawyer availability.
